Certified Rules
NOTICE: To receive notice of when the Agency proposes changes to its administrative rules, you can mail a written request for notice to the Agency. The request must include (1) the name of the person making the request, (2) a valid mailing or email address, and (3) a $10.00 fee (please note that the Agency only accepts money order, certified check, or business check). Furthermore, the request must be mailed to the following address:

Requests for notice will be considered accepted when the Agency processes the $10.00 fee. After a request for notice has been accepted, the request can be withdrawn by sending a written letter, signed and dated, that specifically stating that you no longer wish to receive notice of proposed rule changes from the Agency and are authorizing the Agency to remove your request for notice. The written letter must be mailed to the address provided above.
Finally, a request for notice shall be maintained by the Agency for 5-years after which it must be resubmitted.
